1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website, requesting a quote or asking Mohsin Air Cargo to coordinate a shipment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit cargo or use the services.
2. Service Scope
Services may include product eligibility review, supplier pickup coordination, China warehouse receiving, basic checking, consolidation, air dispatch coordination, Pakistan customs support and delivery planning. The exact services included depend on the written quotation or confirmation for each shipment.
3. Eligibility and Acceptance
No product is accepted automatically. Eligibility depends on the exact goods, materials, packaging, documentation, route, airline rules, customs requirements and applicable restrictions. A general website category does not guarantee acceptance.
Mohsin Air Cargo may refuse, hold, return or require additional information for cargo that is restricted, unsafe, incorrectly described, improperly packed or unsupported by required documentation.
4. Customer Information and Declarations
You must provide complete and accurate information about the goods, value, quantity, weight, dimensions, composition, intended use, supplier and destination. You must disclose batteries, liquids, chemicals, magnets, powders, branded goods and any potentially restricted characteristic.
You are responsible for losses, delays, penalties or additional costs caused by inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or late information, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.
5. Prohibited and Restricted Goods
Goods not accepted include liquids, batteries, power banks, edible or perishable products, dangerous or hazardous goods, illegal products, undeclared items and anything restricted by airlines, customs or applicable authorities. This list is not exhaustive.
6. Quotes, Charges and Duties
Quotes may depend on chargeable weight, dimensions, route, fuel, airline space, pickup location, customs treatment, duties, taxes and delivery destination. Unless expressly included in writing, customs duties, taxes, storage, examination, demurrage, penalties, return costs and extraordinary handling may be charged separately.
A quote may be revised if the actual cargo or required service differs from the information provided.
7. Timing and Delivery
A 7-14 day delivery period is a target estimate only after cargo readiness and applicable dispatch conditions. It is not a guaranteed deadline. Timing may be affected by supplier delays, warehouse processing, flight availability, weather, security checks, airline changes, customs examination, public holidays, documentation, duties, destination access and events outside reasonable control.
8. Packing, Inspection and Condition
Suppliers remain responsible for suitable export packing unless a different service is agreed in writing. Basic receiving or visual checks do not constitute technical inspection, certification, quality assurance or verification of concealed contents. Customers should arrange specialist inspection when required.
9. Customs and Regulatory Decisions
Customs, airlines and public authorities act independently. Mohsin Air Cargo cannot guarantee valuation, tariff classification, duty amount, examination outcome, release time or acceptance by an authority. The customer must provide required documents and pay applicable charges.
10. Third-Party Providers
Transportation and related services may involve independent suppliers, warehouses, airlines, customs representatives, carriers and delivery providers. Their rules and operational limits may apply to the relevant part of the service.
11. Claims and Problems
Visible loss or damage should be reported as soon as possible with shipment reference, photos, packaging evidence and supporting documents. Do not discard packaging until instructed. Claim handling depends on the responsible provider, available evidence, applicable documents and legal requirements.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility is limited to direct loss proven to result from a failure within the agreed service scope. Mohsin Air Cargo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, market loss, supplier disputes or delays and decisions outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Website Information
Website content provides general information and may be updated. It is not a final quotation, customs ruling, legal advice or guarantee. Shipment decisions should be based on written confirmation for the actual cargo.
14. Intellectual Property
The Mohsin Air Cargo name, logo, website design and original website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law allows.
15. Privacy
Personal and shipment information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Changes and Suspension
Services, routes, prices, website features and these terms may change. Service may be suspended where required for safety, compliance, non-payment, inaccurate declarations or operational reasons.
17. Governing Principles
These terms are intended to operate under applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan, together with mandatory airline, customs and transportation requirements relevant to each shipment. Shipment-specific documents may identify additional governing rules.
